A new workspace gets the Pro plan for 14 days, without a card. When the trial ends without a plan, the stored data stays readable, and collection and new connections stop until a plan is chosen.
Paddle.com is the reseller and Merchant of Record for every PubVista order, so Paddle takes the payment and issues the invoice. Paddle calculates and remits the sales tax or VAT that applies to you, and PubVista never sees your card details.
Yes. The workspace owner changes the plan on the Billing page, and Paddle charges or credits the difference at once. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
A first payment is refunded in full on request within 14 days. After that, cancelling stops the renewal without a partial refund. The refund policy has the details.
Your stored reports stay readable in the workspace. PubVista stops collecting new data and refuses new connections until a plan is active again.
Yes. Each workspace connects its own Mediavine account with a read-only personal access token from the Mediavine dashboard, on every plan at no extra cost. The token is stored encrypted and can be removed at any time.
