PubVista Terms of Use
These terms of use govern access to PubVista, a private reporting dashboard for publisher earnings from Mediavine and Google AdSense. They explain who may use the service, how the figures it shows should be read, the limits of PubVista's responsibility, and how to contact the operator about the service or these terms.

Who May Use PubVista
PubVista may be used only by people the operator has given access to. You must keep your password private and connect only the Mediavine and AdSense accounts you are authorized to view.
How to Read the Figures
PubVista shows the figures that Mediavine and Google report, without changing them. They are for information and are not an official statement of earnings.
Estimated and Finalised Earnings
AdSense earnings are Google's estimates and can change until Google finalises the month. The amount you are paid is the one shown in your Mediavine and AdSense accounts.
Reporting Days and Time Zones
Each provider reports on its own calendar days: Mediavine on US Eastern time and AdSense on the account's timezone. Combined totals add the providers' own figures and say which days each one covers.
Connected Accounts
Connecting AdSense gives PubVista read-only access, which you can remove at any time on the Integrations page or in your Google Account. The privacy policy explains what is read and how it is protected.
Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds
PubVista plans are sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes every order, payment, invoice, tax and refund, and handles billing questions about them.
Trial, Renewal and Cancellation
A new workspace gets a 14-day trial without a card. A plan renews automatically each month or year until the workspace owner cancels it; it then stays active until the end of the paid period. When no plan is active, stored data stays readable and collection stops.
Refunds
A first payment is refunded in full on request within 14 days, as the refund policy explains. Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page.
No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
PubVista is provided as is, without any warranty that it will be available, complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the figures it shows.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as PubVista changes; the effective date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use PubVista after a change means you accept the updated terms.
